Alicia has been working as a treatment coordinator in the orthodontic offices for more than five years. She is passionate about her job and strives to give all patients the best experience. So, she is dedicated to creating a family environment in the office and making sure that the patients are always well taken care of. Alicia’s favorite part of orthodontics is to see the changes in patients` perception of their new smiles with the progression of the treatment. America is local to the North Houston area. She graduated from Conroe high school in 2001 and has been working as an orthodontic assistant since 2004. Her hobbies include playing soccer and spending time with family and friends. America is a mom to three kids — Jair, Cuauhtli Merida, and America — and two furry babies, Rocco and Cinnamon. Conrad has been a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) since 2015. He is well-experienced in both orthodontics and general dentistry. Conrad is a native Houstonian and is the oldest of five in his family. He enjoys traveling, cooking, and listening to music. “Food is my guilty pleasure and I adore experimenting in the kitchen,” he would say. He is a doggie dad (to dogs Odysseus and Azula) and “a complete sucker for other dogs.” When the weather permits, they love parks and car rides. In his spare time, Conrad manages a small business in natural skin care products and tackles random DIY’s.
